Program Eligibility

Services are not offered for serious violent offenses and sex crimes such as aggravated assault, sex crimes involving a victim, and weapons charges. In addition, the following referral criteria must be met:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be charged with misdemeanor offenses only
