Program Eligibility

All defendants booked into the Adult Detention Complex are screened for release by Pretrial Services staff. In order to be released from jail, a defendant is required to:

Provide verifiable ties to the community
Provide names and phone numbers of individuals who can verify information regarding the defendant
Demonstrate they will not be a threat to self or the community
