Focus DUI Program

This program recognizes the need for intensive supervision of DUI offenders, clinically determined substance abuse education or treatment, increased judicial participation, and community involvement for maximum offender accountability.
The program consists of three unique supervision phases during a typical 12-month probation period. Each phase is designed to move the offender through the court-ordered requirements of probation while offering innovative community justice techniques to accomplish program objectives.
